This is Japan where narcotics were legalized. It is here that some drug addicts have attained supernatural powers thanks to the new drug called Icarus. Those addicts, called dopemen, became a threat to common people. And the special investigation unit, aka "D Unit," organized to crack down on them also consists of dopemen. Thus begins a superhuman doping battle!
