Yugo Matsuda Irving’s dream is to surpass his late mother as a sushi chef. Living in Hawaii has given him plenty of opportunities to make sushi but he’s always dreamed of going to Japan where his mother trained as a chef. One day, he’s finally given the chance when he receives an invitation from his mother’s former partner, the owner of the greatest sushi restaurant in Japan. How far will self-taught Yugo make it in the cut-throat sushi industry?
